… Benny! And it’s great to be here.  I know, posting first and introducing afterwards…. totally wrong order,  but this is what it’s about.  Managing things how they fly in and not planning all upfront.

So, nice to meet you! My name is Benny, I’m from Hamburg, Germany. I’m getting wiser every year,  so that my wisdom score is now on 37. I life together with my lady, our two patchwork girls and our lil‘ son at a very central and family friendly spot.

From the professional perspective I’m the one person every employer is looking for. Still quite young, but quite a bit of work experience. I’ve started as trainee for electrical design of high speed machinery, that’s now almost 22 years ago and moved slowly over to maintenance management and ended up in the digitalisation area were I arrived three years ago.

I’m working in a larger and more traditional company right now where we are on the customer end but also know the other end, so working for a smaller company where flexible means doing everything for customer satisfaction.
